Standard Shipping Charge Rate
Milly Bridal uses DHL/TNT/EMS/RPX for all of our shipping to anywhere
in the world. We also insure all of our packages. Shipping charges
are calculated on the weight of the items for each separate order
placed. In the case of a multiple item order being shipped to multiple
addresses, shipping is applied per address and calculated based
on the total weight of all items being shipped to that address.
Normally a wedding gown weights between 2.6 – 3.0 kilograms,
bridesmaids dress weights between 1.0 – 1.5 kilograms, and
flower girl dress weights under 1.0 kilograms.

18 Day Rush Delivery Servicer
18 days Rush delivery service is only applicable for wedding gown,
bridesmaids dress, flower girl dress, and prom dress. Rush delivery
option can be selected when placing order.
18 days Rush delivery service is at additional charge of USD $50,
and the amount is added to your initial payment.
Return & Exchange Policy - We accept
return/exchange for any reasons.
Don't worry about buying a gown and changing your mind, let us
know within 2 business days and we're happy to accept your return
or exchange.
We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have
not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or
exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized
by the designer for you.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that
you follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time DHL delivers to the
designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to
return or exchange the item.
• You need to contact us before you return them and we will
give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned
without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 20 days after we give our
return address. If we do not receive your item within 20 days, no
credit or exchange will be given.
• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's
as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have
received it within 20 days of giving our return address, we will
issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. Shipping costs
are non-refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
